Scheduling FAQ

1. When you click the link above, you will be taken to the page shown below to schedule your appointment.

Scheduling Screen 12. If you are an existing client, choose “Existing Client” and sign in with your email address and password. Follow the instructions to request an appointment date and time. Make sure you choose “55 Minute Session,” rather than “Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation,” as the evaluations are only for new clients and initial appointments.

3. a. If you are a new client, scheduling for an initial consultation, you will need an evaluation as your first session. Choose “New Client.” You will then be taken to the page shown below, where you will see available appointments in the coming week, separated into morning and afternoon/evening time slots. You can use the arrows near the dates, to scroll forward to the next week. Choose one of the available dates.

b. Once you have chosen an available date, you will be taken the page shown below where you will select the specific time for your appointment.

c. Once you have chosen a time for your appointment, you will be taken to a page to fill out your name, phone number, and email address (shown below).

d. Once you have filled out the information, press the button “Request Appointment.” You will then be sent to a confirmation page, and I will receive a notification of your request. From there, I just need to accept the appointment. Once the appointment is accepted, you will receive an email notifying you.
